Free shipping: Free shipping on every order — no minimum.

Thank you for shopping with Second Bloom. This policy explains how we dispatch and deliver your order.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched (handed to the carrier) within 1 business day of purchase. That's the “Ships next day” you see at checkout. It describes when your order leaves us, not when it arrives.

Delivery time

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 6–10 business days, depending on destination. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and peak seasons can extend transit times.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send a tracking email so you can follow your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after the shipping notice for tracking to update with the carrier.
